Quintessential zen experience

Relax, refresh, recharge

Take the time to appreciate what’s in front of you

Your happy place

At just a 10-minute drive away from the port, Carlo Bungalows is a relaxed hilltop hideaway on Tinos’s southeast coast. Ampitheatrically built over the scenic Agios Ioannis-Porto beach, it is the ideal spot to enjoy the poolside while taking in the stunning panoramic views of the sparkling Aegean and the islands of Delos and Mykonos. This welcoming abode is made for unwinding and relaxing against blue skies and seas.

In keeping with the complex’s Cycladic aesthetic, all of our studios, suites and bungalows in Tinos are spacious, stylish and fuss-free. Marble floors are cool underfoot, built-in sofas or beds and beamed ceilings add authentic appeal, while wooden furnishings provide character. Each of the 26 rooms differs slightly in decoration and facilities, but they all havesizeable, modern bathrooms with spotless amenities and large terraces that are perfect for sunning or reading.

Relaxed state of mind

There exists a place where you unwind so much that you lose track of time. Walk to our sea-gazing pool, embrace sun-soaked serenity and let your worries fly away. Work on your tan, grab a delicious light bite – or a summer-inspired cocktail, doze off or catch up on your reading on the lavish day bed that is just for you.

Food & Drink

Good food, good mood

From daybreak to nightfall, we serve delicious Mediterranean treats by the pool. Soak up the early morning sunshine and enjoy a rich breakfast including Greek delicacies and homemade pastries. During the day, our bar restaurant remains open for freshly pressed juices, snacks or lunches, made with local produce. In the evening, as the sky turns from blue to tangerine, savour our refreshing cocktails that taste like pure summer while taking in the magnificent views.

We had a Beautiful room to stay in with a nice terrace. And most of all a beautiful stunning view. Because the view is good you are higher up the hill and if you have no car it is a bit of a climb up. The pool was cold but we had good swims. Breakfast is great and there is more than enough choice. Natalie and here brother are more than just helpful, they are great!! Tinos island is also a beautiful island with lots of things to see. The only negative point is the wind.
Warm & helpful

e stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful time at Carlo’s. Te pool is really cool, breakfast a delight and the rooms were fine. The staff was kind and helpful, which is always a good sign. The beach is nearby and sandy, with a couple of cafes in the back. Perfect for a short break or island hop destination. Evgaristou!

If you want to taste the real sense of Greek hospitality, this is the place to visit. Great accommodation. Breath taking view on Mikonos from the balcony. Nice bathroom and shower. The studios have a small kitchen, perfect to make a simple dinner. What makes the difference is the fact that the Vidal is family, running the hotel, will make sure that you don't miss anything during your stay. Really a great asset! Breakfast is perfect with a large choice of cold cuts, cheese, home made cakes including tsoureki and fresh bread. On our last day as we were leaving rather early before breakfast, they prepared some sandwiches that we enjoyed during our boat trip back to Athens. We highly recommend the place. Note that a car or bike is highly recommended to enjoy Tinos.
Excellent small hotel, with lovely pool.

Great hotel, run by a very friendly family (who picked us up and dropped us off back at the port.) Lovely pool, which is kept clean and is a good size - the bedrooms are kept very clean - we were fortunate to have a very large balcony too - and a good breakfast with fantastic home made jams & marmalade (plus hams, cheeses, tomatoes, fried eggs, omelettes, toast, yogurts etc) The beach is a good 10 minute walk down a steep hill - 15 minutes back - we would highly recommend a car here (we decided that after one night here) as there are only 3 Tavernas within walking distance - and it's a dark walk home. It's also worth having a car as there are loads of really stunning beaches, some almost deserted, just a short drive away - the hotel owner recommended a car hire company who were very good - they came and collected us from the hotel.
Stayed for 1 full week

The staff was very friendly, while the views from the balcony were amazing. The room was exceptionally clean (every day cleaning and changing of towels) and beautiful with marble floors and traditional decoration. Nothing too extravaganza or overly designed, giving it a 'homely' feeling. The pool facility was simple but great. Value for money. Highly recommended.
